I saw this recipe on Home Matters and I’m dying to try it.
Aquavit’s Herring Sushi Roll.
Ingredients:
2 cups of boiled potatoes (fingerling)
1 tbsp. mustard oil
1/2 tsp. wasabi
1 tsp. rice-wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
